The website provides information about sales training and ways to contact us about training, partnerships, and a separate Recovery-related inquiry. Website descriptions are an invitation to inquire, not a promise that a particular service, date, place, or result is available.

Sales-training material is educational. It does not guarantee revenue, income, sales volume, employment, business growth, or any other outcome. Results depend on circumstances including experience, effort, execution, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

Applications and personal outreach

Submitting a form allows us to review your inquiry and contact you about it. It does not automatically schedule a call, reserve a place, enroll you in a program, create a partnership, or commit either party to a paid engagement. Our process is application, review, and personal outreach about possible next steps.

Provide accurate information and submit only material you are entitled to share. If you inquire on behalf of a business, you should have authority to make that inquiry. An inquiry alone does not create an agreement on that business's behalf.

Paid services require a separate agreement

A separately signed service agreement governs any paid training engagement, including its scope, fees, payment schedule, delivery arrangements, and applicable cancellation or refund terms. These Website Terms do not establish a price, cancellation fee, refund promise, or payment obligation. We do not collect payment through the website inquiry forms.

If these Website Terms and a signed service agreement address the same issue differently, the signed agreement governs that engagement, subject to applicable law. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Recovery inquiries

The Recovery inquiry form is for initial contact only. It is not a medical assessment, treatment intake, or emergency-response service. Submitting it does not establish a clinical or treatment relationship. Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, medication details, substance-use history, or urgent requests for care.

Any service scope, provider qualifications, suitability, and terms must be clarified separately before an engagement. Do not rely on website content as a substitute for advice or care from an appropriately qualified professional. If immediate help is needed, contact the appropriate emergency service in your location rather than using a website form.

Responsible website use

Use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, submit deceptive or unlawful material, send spam, upload malicious code, interfere with the website, or try to access systems or information without authorization. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the website and its users.
