Privacy Policy
Jordan Shamah Enterprises
Effective October 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Jordan Shamah Enterprises ("we," "us," and "our") handles information collected through this website and its inquiry forms. It covers sales-training applications, partnership inquiries, and the separate initial Recovery inquiry route. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
Information you provide
The information we receive depends on the form you choose:
- Sales training: your name, email address, optional phone number, Private or Team training selection, what you sell, and the sales challenge you describe. Team inquiries also ask for your company, role, team size, and an optional website.
- Partnerships: your name, email address, inquiry category, and message.
- Recovery inquiries: your name, email address, and contact purpose. This is an initial contact form, not a medical intake form. Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, medication details, substance-use history, or other sensitive health information. The inquiry category itself may indicate an interest in Recovery-related services.
- Follow-up correspondence: the information you choose to provide when communicating with us about your inquiry.
Please provide only information needed for your inquiry. Do not submit payment-card details, passwords, government identification documents, or information about someone else unless you are authorized to share it.
How we use inquiry information
We use inquiry information only to review, respond to, and follow up on your request. This includes recording the inquiry, its status, and related notes or follow-up tasks in our customer-management system. An application is reviewed before personal outreach; submitting one does not book an appointment or enroll you in a program.
Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a marketing list. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. Providing an optional phone number allows us to contact you about your application; it is not consent to marketing calls or texts.
Website technology and traffic information
The website and embedded forms use HighLevel, also known as GoHighLevel, including its LeadConnector services. Loading these services sends technical request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to the providers that deliver them. HighLevel can record page, referral, and session information in connection with form submissions, including first and latest attribution information.
The website also uses browser session storage to retain selected campaign parameters from page links, known as UTM parameters, and carry them between website pages. These parameters can identify a traffic source, medium, campaign, content, or term. This website feature does not itself subscribe you to marketing or authorize targeted advertising.
Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When those fonts load, your browser connects to Google to request the font files, which exposes your IP address to Google. More information is available in Google's explanation of Google Fonts privacy: https://fonts.googleblog.com/2022/11/your-privacy-and-google-fonts.html.
Browser settings can limit or clear cookies and browser storage, although some website or form functions may be affected.
Who can access information
Access to inquiry information is limited to Wyatt, Jordan, and the service providers operating the website, forms, customer-management system, and email. HighLevel stores and processes form submissions and related inquiry records. If you email our Gmail contact address, Google processes that message as part of providing email services.
HighLevel's Customer Data Processing Addendum describes its processing of customer data: https://www.gohighlevel.com/data-processing-agreement. Its current subprocessor information is available at https://www.gohighlevel.com/sub-processors. These resources explain the provider's services; they do not replace this policy or establish that every optional HighLevel feature is used on this website.
Information may also need to be disclosed when required by applicable law or a valid legal process. A partnership inquiry is not permission for us to distribute your information to prospective partners.
How long inquiry information is kept
Our policy is to delete inquiries that do not become client engagements within 12 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is legally required. This applies to the non-client inquiry and related follow-up records. Records for a client engagement are outside that non-client schedule; contact us for information about the records relevant to you.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to correct your inquiry information, stop following up, or delete your inquiry by emailing [email protected]. If you prefer email rather than phone contact, please tell us. Withholding required contact information may prevent us from responding to your request.
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have additional rights concerning access, copies, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information. Contact us to exercise an applicable right or ask about our handling of your information. We may need to verify your identity and locate the relevant records before acting. Legal requirements may limit what we can delete or disclose.
Sensitive information and security
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure. The website forms are not a channel for medical care, emergency assistance, or exchanging highly sensitive documents. Please keep your submission limited to the information requested.
Other websites
Links to other websites may take you to services with their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information. This policy describes our website and inquiry handling, not another organization's independent practices.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we will post the revised version with its effective date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law. A policy update does not replace consent where consent is required.
